On November 16^th – 17^th, 2019, the Faculty of English (ULIS – VNU) solemnly celebrated the l0^th anniversary of its establishment (July 22, 2009 – July 22, 2019) and the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day.

Delivering her opening remarks, Ms. Vu Thi Thanh Nha, Dean of the Faculty extended her deep thanks to all delegates, the University’s leaders and representatives of other departments for attending the event.

At the ceremony, President Do Tuan Minh greeted the delegates and all generations of the Faculty’s students, lecturers and staff. He said: “I am very impressed with the organization of this ceremony.”

Also at the ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong – the first Dean of the Faculty shared a few words about the history of the Faculty and encouraged its teachers to strive to maintain the internal solidarity and build an even more beautiful episode in the future.
