Cooperation agreement with BaekSeok University, South Korea signed
On June 11th, 2019, ULIS-VNU held a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement with BaekSeok University (Republic of Korea).
The ceremony was attended by Vice President Lam Quang Dong, Dean of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture Tran Thi Huong, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture Nguyen Thuy Duong and its faculty members. On the side of the partner, Mr. Woosang Han and other 5 people from the Center for Distance Education Development at graduate level attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, representatives of the two schools signed a memorandum of understanding. The two sides agreed to cooperate in areas such as exchanging students, trainees, officials and lecturers; exchanging information and publications; promoting research and partnership programs; and so forth. The agreement is valid for 5 years with a self-renewal clause.
Delivering his speech at the ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong extended his thanks to BaekSeok University and hoped that the two sides would soon carry out specific cooperative activities.
