Opening ceremony of the fourth cohort of Vietnamese language and culture class for Keimyung University’s students

On January 2nd, 2019, ULIS-VNU organized the opening ceremony of Vietnamese and Vietnamese culture class for students of Keimyung University’s (Korea). This is the first international students visit and study at ULIS in 2019.

Attending the opening ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Minh Thuy, Vice President; MSc. Mai Van Hoa – Deputy Head of the Cooperation & Development Office; Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture; lecturers; volunteers; and especially 21 students from Keimyung University.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy extended her greetings to the 21 Korean students. The Vice President said that the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture was a prestigious Korean training institution in Vietnam and also had a lot of experience in organizing Vietnamese language and culture courses for Korean students.

This is the 4th course organized for Keimyung University’s students, which is based on the framework of the cooperative activities between the two universities.
