Organizing “Inspiring Educators” training course for ULIS teachers
On July 7th – July 22nd, 2020, ULIS – VNU held an “Inspiring educators” training course for ULIS teachers.
The course is part of the school’s professional training plan for the 2020-2021 academic year and the Innovation Plan for teaching activities at all levels in the 2019-2025 period.
The course consists of three main modules: Identity, Connectivity and Empathy, Leadership and Inspiration.
Lasting for one day and a half, the course was organized with the goal of helping teachers to be positively receptive to identifying themselves, connecting and empathizing, leading and inspiring; building a school network to share thoughts, exchange personal experiences, thereby creating a happy academic community; applying acquired knowledge and skills when performing tasks in the future.
A total of over 500 teachers from different training units participated in the course.
