Presenting master certificates for students of the 25th cohorts of the international partnership program with Southern New Hampshire University

14 new masters was presented with certificates for completing their course at ULIS.

On October 30th, 2018, ULIS-VNU held a commencement ceremony for students of the 25th cohorts of the international partnership program with Southern New Hampshire University.

The ceremony was attended by Vice-President Lam Quang Dong; Professor. Rosemary Orlando, representative of the Southern New Hampshire University; management Board and staff of the Faculty of Graduate studies, representatives of other units, lecturers and students of the 25th cohorts.

Delivering his remark, Vice President Lam Quang Dong extended his congratulations towards 14 new masters who had completed their program in English Teaching Method.

He said: “The English Teaching Method master course has been taught at ULIS in association with the Southern New Hampshire (US) since 2007. There have been 521 students studying on this course so far. The University believes that students of the course have been provided with the best condition in their favor of enhancing skills and doing research.”

Prof. Rosemary Orlando expressed pride as the students completed their studies to become new masters. Recalling the memories of the first day of the course, she is happy to see that the students are more mature, more confident and hope that they will develop their knowledge and skills in the future.

On behalf of the 25th cohort, the new Master Nguyen Hong Trang thanks for the guidance and assistance of the ULIS teachers. The two-year master’s degree at the school is two years meaningful. She said that the ceremony marks a great moment in her life and also acknowledged the efforts and achievements she has made over the past few years.

At the ceremony, Prof. Rosemary Orlando, on behalf of the two universities, awarded the degree to the students. Representatives of the students also send flowers to the teachers as a sincere gratitude.
