On October 16^th, 2019, ULIS – VNU solemnly held the commencement at ULIS Sunwah Hall.

The ceremony was attended by Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy, representatives ULIS departments as well as representatives of 102 graduates and their relatives.

In her opening speech, Vice President Thuy extended her congratulations to all 102 graduates. She also presented the bachelor’s degree to those students.

This is the 4^th commencement at the University in 2019.
