On December 27^th, 2022, ULIS-VNU held the closing ceremony of the Korean Language Teacher Training Course in 2022 with the sponsorship of the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City, which is under the Korean Ministry of Education, the representative agency of the Korean Ministry of Education in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the conclusion of the course, Dean of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture Tran Thi Huong said that on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Korea diplomatic relations, there were many activities held at ULIS and the training course was one of them.

Delivering her speech at the ceremony, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh expressed her pleasure when witnessing the success of the course, which helps to improve qualifications for young Korean language teachers.

On behalf of the Korean side, Director of the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City Kil Ho Jin congratulated the success of the 2022 Korean Teacher Training course and expressed his thanks to the University for coordinating and organizing the course.

Also at the ceremony, 28 students were awarded certificates, especially 8 scholarships to study in Korea were awarded to the best students.
