Nitori Scholarship Fund expected to award 130 million VND scholarship per year to ULIS students
On November 20th, 2019, ULIS – VNU held a meeting with representatives of Nitori Scholarship Fund – Japan.
The ceremony was attended by Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy; Director of the Cooperation & Development Office Do Minh Hoang; Director of the Politics & Student Affairs Office Vu Van Hai. From the partner side, Mr. Kazunori Takazawa attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the representative of Nitori Vietnam expressed the desire to award scholarships to 10 ULIS students (13 million VND/student) every year and cooperate with the University in organizing internships and recruitment.
Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy highly appreciated the humanistic value and practical significance that Nitori International Scholarship Fund would bring, especially for Vietnamese students in general and ULIS students in particular.
The meeting between ULIS and Nitori Scholarship Fund ended successfully, opening up the opportunity to receive more scholarship for ULIS students. The two sides will discuss further activites in the coming time.
