Opening the second course on Vietnamese language and culture for students of Keimyung University

On January 3rd, 2018, University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS-VNU) organized the opening ceremony of the second course on Vietnamese language and culture for students of Keimyung University (Korea).

The ceremony was attended by M.A. Mai Van Hoa – Vice Director of Cooperation & Development Office, Dr. Tran Thi Huong and Dr. La Thi Thanh Mai – Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture (FKLC), lecturers, volunteers and 20 students from Keimyung University.

At the ceremony, M.A. Mai Van Hoa on behalf of the Management Board extended her greetings to 20 Korean students. She informed that FKLC was a prestigious Korean language training department in Vietnam and also had extensive experience in organizing courses on Vietnamese language and culture for Korean students. This course has been run for the second time within the framework of cooperation in organizing cultural courses between the two universities. M.A. Mai Van Hoa hoped that Korean students would gain exhilarating experiences as well as unforgettable memories when studying at ULIS.

At the end of the ceremony, students from Keimyung University had a chance to meet their lecturers, receive course materials, make friends with the volunteers and visit the campus.
