Seeking cooperation opportunities for graduate training with National Chengchi University, Taipei.
On September 28th, 2018, ULIS – VNU held a meeting with Mr. Rik De Busser – Representative of the Graduate Institute of Linguistics – National Chengchi University (Chinese, Taipei).
The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Minh Thuy – ULIS’s Vice President, Dr. Huynh Anh Tuan – Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Canh – Former Director of the International Cooperation Department.
Representatives of the two sides discussed opportunities for potential cooperation.
ULIS proposed specific cooperative programs in the field of graduate training such as graduate student exchange, graduate scientific research and lecturer support programs.
Mr. Rik De Busser spoke highly of the potential of this cooperation and also suggested some other feasible cooperative programs such as joint training, internship, student exchange, etc.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed to sign an official memorandum of understanding as a basis for the implementation of cooperative activities in the upcoming time.
Mr. Rik De Busser then paid a visit to the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
