On October 18th, 2023, ULIS-VNU organized a Commencement for students graduating in October 2023.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, President Nguyen Xuan Long congratulated over 400 students. He reminded everyone to be grateful, seize their opportunities and accept failure to overcome challenges in the future.

Representing all the graduates, Vu Trang Nhung expressed her deep gratitude to the teachers who had accompanied her throughout the campus life. 

At the ceremony, President Nguyen Xuan Long represented the school to confer Bachelor’s degrees on the students.
