ULIS students experience Wagashi cake-making

On December 8th, 2020, students of the Faculty of Japanese Langauge & Culture participated in the Wagashi cake-making experience. This is one of the cultural experience activities within the framework of the course’s curriculum to introduce Japanese culture to students of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture.

During the program, the students were introduced and instructed to make Japanese-style bake by 2 culinary artists Song Thuy Wagashi.

Together making cake and enjoying Wagashi, the students learnt more about a unique culture of Japan, exchanged connections and had meaningful time with teachers and friends.
