ULISers experience Sashimi preparation

On March 7th, 2024, ULIS-VNU organized a counselling event on study opportunities in Japan followed by a Sashimi demonstration by experts from Tsuji Culinary School.

Delivering his speech at the opening ceremony, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son believed that through this activity, ULIS students would gain more useful knowledge about Japan.

Representatives of Tsuji Culinary School also expressed their joy for participating in the program and having the opportunity to perform their culinary art for ULIS students.

Next was a demonstration of Japanese Sashimi preparation by an expert from Tsuji Culinary School.

The representatives of Tsuji Culinary School also shared useful information about Tsuji Academy (Tsujichou Group) and Kansai Foreign Language School.
