On October 1^st, 2022, ULIS-VNU in collaboration with members of DOOR project, 3T CoP professional community successfully organized a scientific seminar “Exploiting and developing open materials in foreign language teaching”.

This seminar is an activity under the project “Exploiting open learning resources of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) in teaching English and training foreign language teachers” organized by the Regional English Office and sponsored by the US Embassy in Hanoi (RELO Vietnam), referred to as DOOR Project.

Besides, the seminar is also part of the series of events of the National Conference “Research and Teaching of Foreign Languages, Linguistics and International Studies in Vietnam” (UNC2023).

Delivering her speech at the opening ceremony, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh expressed her joy in the presence of distinguished guests in the seminar. She also hoped that this seminar would bring useful knowledge in exploiting and developing open learning materials in the era of increasing network technology and international integration; thereby applying to teaching and studying languages and foreign languages.

During the seminar, all speakers had specific sharing on related fields and attracted the attention of the attendees.

The seminar ended with lively discussions and exchanges between the speakers and the participants.
