Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Ham is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture. Assoc. Prof. Dr Pham Ngoc Ham received his PhD from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU in 2004. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2009.
