Welcome to the Department of Vietnamese Language and Culture. We are one of the most dynamic departments in the University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS) – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). We teach Vietnamese linguistics and culture to Vietnamese students in ULIS - VNU; Vietnamese language, Vietnamese for specific purposes and Vietnamese culture to foreign students. In particular, we also teach Vietnamese language preparation courses with 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing to foreign students, who want to get a certificate to go to university or apply for a job in Vietnam.
