On June 2^nd, 2022, a new cooperation agreement signing ceremony took place between ULIS-VNU and the Resource Exchange International (REI), Vietnam.

At the ceremony, representatives of the two sides signed a new official cooperation agreement to replace the expired one. Specifically, REI Vietnam will invite volunteers with expertise in English to work at ULIS. REI volunteers will help ULIS develop English programs for students in listening and pronunciation skills, and testing programs in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training from September 1^st, 2022 to August 31^st, 2024.
