On January 10^th, 2020, ULIS – VNU solemnly held the commencement in December 2019.

The ceremony was attended by Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy, representatives of ULIS departments, representatives of 35 graduates and their relatives.

In her opening speech, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy extended her congratulations to all 102 graduates. She also presented the bachelor’s degrees to those students.

This is the 5^th and final commencement in 2019.
