Native teachers wished to take on more classes to help language learners to gain more knowledge and enhance their own language proficiencies.

On October 10th, 2018, ULIS-VNU held a meeting with Italian and Spanish native teachers.

The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Minh Thuy, ULIS’s Vice President; Dr. Do Minh Hoang, Head of Development Cooperation Office; Dr. Bui Dinh Thang, Deputy Head of Development Cooperation Office; Mr. Marco Bistacchia – Italian teacher; and Mr. Leonardo Ripa – Spanish teacher.

At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy extended her thanks to the native teachers who came to ULIS to teach the Italian and Spanish languages ​​during the past time. She also graciously asked the native teachers about their needs about living conditions and adaptation to the living and working environments in Vietnam.

In response to the rapturous reception of ULIS, the native teachers expressed their gratefulness to the University for creating favorable conditions for foreign language teaching.

They wished to take on more classes so that they could do their best to help language learners to gain more knowledge and enhance their own language proficiencies.

Also at the meeting, the two sides had a frank discussion to improve the Italian and Spanish teaching at ULIS and address difficulties in the daily life of native teachers working in a new environment

The meeting came to an end with happiness and hope in the development of Italian and Spanish in ULIS’s foreign language teaching system.
