More opportunities for ULIS students to do internships in Japan

On January 15th, 2019, ULIS-VNU held a meeting with the delegation of HITO-Communications Group and IDC International Joint Stock Company to discuss chances for ULIS students to do interships in Japan.

Attending the meeting were Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy, Head of the Cooperation & Development Do Minh Hoang, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Japanese Language & Culture Tran Kieu Hue, Deputy Head of the Politics and Students Affairs Office Nguyen Huyen Trang. From the partners’ side, Mr. Toyomi Yasui, HITO-Communications Inc Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung, Director of IDC (Referral Partner), leaders and officers of the two institutions attended the meeting.

Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy said that the University wished to create opportunities for its students to go abroad to immerse themselves in the languages that they study. The Vice President also highly evaluated the working environment at HITO-Communications, and hoped that the meeting would create a foundation for the cooperation between the two institutions.

At the meeting, HITO-Communications’s delegation gave a presentation about internship programs at the Group. He affirmed that the Group was desirous to create opportunities for ULIS students to come to Japan to better themselves.

It is expected that the ULIS and HITO-Communications will sign a cooperation agreement on internship programs in the coming time.
