Local Project: Meeting with lecturers and students before the departure held
On January 16th, 2019, ULIS – VNU held a meeting with lecturers and students who participate in the Local Project (Cooperation programs with Department of Education and Training of Lang Son and Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa to improve language teaching and learning capacity of local teachers and students) to summarize the work completed in the first field trip of the Scheme and prepare for the upcoming second field trip.
Attending the meeting were President Do Tuan Minh, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long, Chairman of the Council of Advisory on Cooperation & Development Nguyen Lan Trung, Dean of the Faculty of Language Education & Professional Development Hoa Ngoc Son, 14 teachers and over 40 students participating in the Project.
Delivering his opening remarks at the meeting, President Do Tuan Minh emphasized that: “After the first field trip, the relationship between all parties has become closer.”
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Advisory and Cooperation & Development Council Nguyen Lan Trung raised the necessary tasks of the teachers and students participating in the Project.
The meeting ended after teachers and students had direct and straightforward discussions and comments. All comments were acknowledged by President Do Tuan Minh and the Management Board of the Project.
