On June 26^th – July 3^rd, 2019, ULIS-VNU in collaboration with Global Education Service Vietnam (GES Vietnam) organized a study tour program specialized in social work survey in Vietnam for students of Shanghai University (China) in 2019.

The delegation consists of 15 outstanding students who are mainly studying in the second or third year of the Social Work program. This is also the first time ULIS has organized a study tour for students of Shanghai University, a famous University in China with a long-standing history since 1922.

This program consists of 5 main contents such as situation and prospects of Vietnam social work, basic education in Vietnam rural areas, intangible cultural heritage preservation in Vietnam, volunteer and voluntary work of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and so on. At the same time, students participated in various interesting field trips.

Delivering his remarks at the opening ceremony, Dean of the Faculty of Language Education & Professional Development Hoa Ngoc Son extended his greetings to students of Shanghai University, professional social workers in the future.

The study tour program lasts for one week and will be finished on July 3^rd, 2019.
