On June 20^th, 2024, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and a high-ranking Russian delegation arrived at Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi, beginning a State visit to Vietnam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong.
