On May 8th, 2025, the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS-VNU) and Five-Star E-Learning (FSEL) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement focused on the development of educational content.

Representing ULIS at the event were Chairman of the University Council Đo Tuan Minh, Vice Presidents Ha Le Kim Anh and Hoa Ngoc Son, along with representatives from relevant departments. From the partner organization, attendees included Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Atlantic Education Group, Ms. Nguyen Kim Huong – CEO of FSEL, and Mr. Brandon Sinkovic – Academic Director at FSEL.

During the working session, the two sides engaged in detailed discussions regarding the development of online language learning content. Following mutual agreement, a formal memorandum of understanding was signed.

In his remarks at the ceremony, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son emphasized the importance of the internationalization of the Vietnamese language and expressed his aspiration to work closely with FSEL to create effective training programs that meet the needs of both domestic and international learners.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan, Chairwoman of the Board of Atlantic Education Group, also expressed her honor at the continued collaboration between Five-Star E-Learning and ULIS. She expressed her hopes that the combination of advanced technology and ULIS’s training expertise would significantly enhance both the quality and accessibility of the programs.

The signing ceremony marked a promising beginning for future collaborative initiatives between the two parties.
