On June 12th, 2025, at the Ba Vi District Cultural Center, the People’s Committee of Ba Vi District solemnly held the 2024–2025 Academic Year Review Conference for the local Education and Training sector.

The conference was attended by Mr. Do Manh Hung – Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Ba Vi District People’s Committee; Mr. Le Van Quan – Member of the District Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee; Ms. Ngo Thi Bich Thao – Member of the District Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Commission; Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoa Ngoc Son – ULIS Vice President; along with leaders from district departments and agencies, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, the Association of Former Teachers, the Study Promotion Association, the Ba Vi District Division of Education and Training; ULIS faculty representatives; principals and vice principals of local schools and educational centers.

On behalf of ULIS, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son received the Certificate of Merit presented by the Ba Vi District People’s Committee.

Ba Vi District has been a strategic partner of ULIS in efforts to improve English teaching capacity in suburban Hanoi. Over the years, the collaboration has produced meaningful and sustainable impacts, fostering educational development and community engagement.
