6 ULIS students receive scholarships from NongHyup Bank, Korea in 2019
On December 2nd, 2019, ULIS – VNU held a scholarship awarding ceremony. In the ceremony, 6 students from the Faculty of Korean Language & Culture were awarded with 10,000,000 VND-scholarships.
The ceremony was attended by Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy, the Management Board, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Korean Language & Culture. From the side of NongHyup Bank, Mr. Jo Seung Kook – Director of Hanoi Branch, Mr. Jung Youn Woo – Senior Manager of Human Resources Department of Hanoi Branch attended the meeting.
Delivering her speech at the ceremony, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy extended her congratulations to the students who received the scholarship and affirmed that this support from the bank had contributed to strengthening the cooperative relationship between NongHyup Bank and ULIS – VNU in particular as well as between Vietnam and Korea in general.
Also at the ceremony, Mr. Jo Seung Kook expressed his hope to recruit ULIS students after their graduation.
