Annual meeting of the Korean Faculty Alumni Association in 2019
On January 5th, 2019, the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture’s Alumni Association – ULIS (UKA) organized an annual gathering at TOP Hotel.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Alumni Association, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Director of VK Consulting confirmed that the establishment of the Association is a right decision as a result of its effective activities over the past year.
On behalf of the Faculty of Korean Language & Culture, Dr. Tran Thi Huong expressed her gratitude for the Association’s support and assistance. Also, at the gathering, the Alumni Association presented 4 scholarships for students of the Faculty.
According to preliminary statistics, as of June 2018, there have been nearly 850 standard program’s students graduating from the Faculty of Korean Language & Culture. There are a lot of excellent alumni of the Faculty currently undertaking key positions at schools, state agencies, organizations, and businesses in Vietnam or in Korea.
