On January 30^th, 2024, ULIS-VNU and the University of Transport and Communications coordinated to organize a Commencement to present Bachelor’s degrees to 37 staff and teachers of the University of Transport and Communications, who had completed the QH.2021.F.2.E in-service course in English Language.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son praised the learning spirit of all lecturers and staff participating in the course, as well as extended congratulations to all new BA degree holders, who had successfully completed the course.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – Vice President of the University of Transport and Communications hoped that with the results achieved, the graduates would make good use of the knowledge and skills learned and practiced over the past 2 years to make contributions to the cause of building an ever-growing University of Transport and Communications.

At the ceremony, representatives of ULIS presented degrees to new graduates.
