On 11th May, in Vinh Yen City, ULIS-VNU in collaboration with the Center for Continuing Education of Vinh Phuc Province held the closing ceremony of the in-service course in English for 33 students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long and Dr. Le Gia Thanh – Deputy Director in charge of Vinh Phuc Center for Continuing Education acknowledged the efforts of all the students for successfully completing the course.

On behalf of the 33 new graduates, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his deep gratitude to the Governing Board of ULIS-VNU and Vinh Phuc Center for Continuing Education for providing them with the best conditions to study.
