On October 13th, 2023, the Department of Psychological Education and the UP Center organized the finale of the contest “ME TIME – Date yourself”. With 10 exciting competitions, the final session took place successfully and spread positive energy to the students.

In her opening speech, Dr. Dao Thi Dieu Linh – Head of the Department said that the program “Date yourself” had been devoted and meticulously elaborated by the teachers of the department, with the desire to bring positive meaning to the program for students.

The Finale was a playground for the 10 best entries to have the opportunity to present their products. All competitions were associated with deep messages and meanings, aiming to spread a healthy lifestyle to students. At the same time, it also helps the students improve their understanding of the importance of daily mental health care.
