On October 18^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU welcomed and worked with representatives of the Eurasia Foundation Japan. Also within the framework of the program, representatives of the foundation delivered a lecture and engaged in a vigorous discussion with many students.

At the meeting, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son expressed his expectations about research cooperation between the University and the Foundation. He also made proposals on research cooperation with members of the One Asia Foundation.

Prof. Joon-Kon Chung – representative of Eurasia Foundation once again emphasized the importance of the sense of community, especially in the Asian region and hoped to cooperate with ULIS  in a more intensive manner.

Prof. Joon-Kon Chung also attended lectures and interacted with ULIS students. With the theme “Towards a new community”, he imparted new knowledge and perspectives on social issues, the concept of sense of community, and multi-dimensional thinking.

In particular, at the end of his lecture, ULIS students had the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with the professor.
