On February 20^th, 2024, the opening ceremony of the Defense and Security Education and Physical Education course for QH2023.F1 students was held in Hoa Lac Compound.

Delivering her speech at the ceremony, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh extended her words of encouragement to ULIS students so that they could strive to study well. She also wished the students many meaningful experiences during their time in Hoa Lac.

Also at the opening ceremony, a student representative expressed her determination to successfully complete the tasks and regulations of the course. The opening ceremony ended with the high determination from all of the students.
