Dear respectful partners,

First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincere greetings to all of you, home and overseas partners, who have accompanied the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University (ULIS – VNU) in all spheres for a long time up to now.

2022 has gone by and another year has begun. The last three months of 2022 witnessed a number of large-scale and outstanding events and activities of ULIS, including the opening ceremony of academic year 2022-2023 and “Hello ULIS 2022”; 30th Anniversary of Teaching German Language at ULIS-VNU (1992-2022); ULIS Job Fair 2022; Conference to elect ULIS School Council, term 2022-2027; Celebration of International Arabic Day and Finale of 1st Arabic Rhetoric Competition; etc.

At the beginning of 2023, the University will be organizing a number of major activities such as VNU Olympic exam for foreign languages; cultural event “ULIS Village Festival 2023” on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the traditional student day (January 9th, 2023); etc. Reflecting prominent achievements of the University with pride and gratitude towards the endless dedication and endeavors of each and every one in ULIS, as well as the support from our honorable partners, ULIS would like to extend its best wishes towards all those individuals and institutions.

On behalf of the Editorial Board, we wish all teachers, students and partners good health and an enjoyable time with excitement and fun at ULIS.
