On December 7^th, 2023, the Youth Union – Vietnamese Student’s Association of Hanoi coordinated with the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and the City Cultural Center to organize the final round of the Contest ” Building elegant and civilized Hanoi people” 2023.

Passing the video clip round, 2 out of 9 excellent teams entered the final round were 2 steams from ULIS.

In the final round, the two teams tried their best, delivering excellent performances and speeches, leaving many impressions in the hearts of the audience and securing highly proud achievements.
