The Center for Information Technology, Communication and Learning Resources has the function of developing and managing cyber network infrastructure, servers, studios, information technology applications; organizing training, fostering and supporting the development and implementation of subjects with the application of information technology platforms; managing the communication of the University’s activities; managing, building, developing a system of learning materials and organizing library service activities.
Research the application of information technology in foreign language teaching & learning and scientific research.
Construct, develop, manage and support internet service for the server, website system, the professional system for high education management.
Organize basic IT teaching, application of IT in foreign language teaching – learning, train and develop other subjects on the E-learning.
Design plans, organize dissemination of the university’s activities on the IT system. Implement communication activities and other issues with the mass media. Organize dissemination and propaganda during red letter days and festivals for political activities and training duties of the university.
Research, design plans for development of communication activities and resources for teaching – learning and scientific research.
Produce, archive, manage the information and resource system based on the library standards.
Organize library service, provide information, digitize and copy documents in accordance with the law and the university regulations.
Cooperate with units and individuals inside and outside the university in compliance with the present regulations of the law in order to fulfill the center’s duties.
Implement other tasks assigned by the President.
Academic year 2000-2001: Collective of excellent working, Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister.
Academic year 2003-2004: Collective of excellent working, Certificate of Merit by VNU President.
March 2017: Certificate of Merit by ULIS President for remarkable achievements in designing the project to upgrade IT facilities and efficiently implementing the university’s communication activities.
August 2018: Certificate of Merit by ULIS President for active contribution to the recruitment of 10th graders of FLSS 2018.
Developed the system to broadcast Wifi in 16 sites in the university in 2018.
Participated in producing electronic lectures under the National Project of Foreign language in 2017-2018.
Designed the system of 20 websites of the university.
Managed the store of foreign language materials including applied linguistics with more than 50.000 versions of textbooks and audio visual materials in 8 different languages.
