On August 30^th, 2016, under the chairmanship of ULIS’s president Do Tuan Minh and vice-president Nguyen Xuan Long, Center for Information Communications Technology and Learning Resources (ITC) proposed to establish a web portal for the University.

Leaders and staff of Academic Affairs Department, Political-Students Affairs Office, Science and Technology Office, Cooperation and Development Office, VNU School of Graduate Studies, Center for Foreign Language Research and Quality Insurance gave their ideas about the structure of website aiming to offer Offices better assistance.

Mr. Minh and Mr. Long highly appreciated the efforts of ITC, as while requiring ITC to establish the website in line with set schedule after listening to suggestions of related Departments.
