On January 16^th, 2019, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy met Mr. Ching-Pu Chen, Head of International Cooperation Department of Yuan Ze University, Taiwan to hand over the MOU on student exchange program.

The Vice President was joined by Head of the Cooperation & Development Office Do Minh Hoang, Head of the Academic Affairs Ha Le Kim Anh, and Dean of the Faculty of Chinese Language & Culture Pham Minh Tien.

At the ceremony, on behalf of ULIS, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy handed over a memorandum of understanding on student exchange to Mr. Ching-Pu Chen. Accordingly, the two universities will exchange 10 students each year. Students will study one or two semesters at the partner university.

How to be part of the program?

In order to participate in the exchange program, students need to finish their first year at ULIS, have a GPA of 2.8, have either B1 or over in Chinese or a TOEFL score of 500.
