On January 10^th, 2019, ULIS-VNU held a meeting to hear sharings on academic and students affairs from the University of Technology – VNU so as to learn and improve the effectiveness of the two said affairs.

The meeting was attended by President Do Tuan Minh, leaders and specalists of the Academic Affairs, Politics & Students Affairs and Inspection and Legal Affairs Office. From the University of Technology, President Nguyen Viet Ha, Vice President Chu Duc Trinh, leader and specialist of the Academic Affairs Office and Student Affairs Offices attended the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, President Do Tuan Minh highly appreciated the work of academic and students affairs of the University of Technology, and believed that the meeting would be an opportunity for ULIS teachers to learn useful experiences.

During the meeting, the teachers of University of Technology shared a lot of practical experiences on 4 activities: One-stop mechanism for students and supporting softwares; subject registration and related sanctions; regulations and methods of organizing and marking examinations; teaching experience in fast-track programs.

The University of Technology officials also answered all questions raised by officials of ULIS in great details.
