On March 28^th, 2019, ULIS – VNU held the commencement to award the Certificate for 22 new masters of the 26^th International partnership program.

The commencement was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thu Thuy, Deputy Head of VNU Academic Office; ULIS President Do Tuan Minh; Prof. Rosemary Orlando, Representative of Southern New Hampshire University; Dr. Huynh Anh Tuan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cam Tu Tai, Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Graduate studies, representatives of other departments and teachers. In particular, the ceremony was attended by 22 new masters of the program.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, President Do Tuan Minh extended his congratulations to 22 new masters and hoped that all the knowledge and skills that the students acquired in this program would become important part of their journey, helping new masters continue to contribute to the educational cause of Vietnam and contribute to building their own career.

Representing Southern New Hampshire University, Prof. Rosemary Orlando expressed her joy and pride when the students had completed the learning process to become new masters and hoped they would develop in the future.

Also, at the commencement, Prof. Rosemary Orlando presented certificates of completion of the course to 22 students.
