On October 22^nd, 2022, ULIS-VNU organized the opening ceremony of the academic year 2022-2023 and “Hello ULIS 2022” program with the participation of lecturers, staff, guest delegates and more than 1000 students.

In the first part of the program, President Do Tuan Minh awarded certificates of merit to honor the valedictorians of the University in 2022.

The program was followed by an introduction to the Green Dream Scholarship Fund and the Creative Startup Ignition Fund. Also in the program, the UI Award for Innovation was announced and awarded to 12 outstanding students who had recorded high achievements in scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship. The University also awarded the Green Dream scholarships to new students to encourage and motivate them to strive more in their study.

The program also featured an introduction session of all the faculties and departments at ULIS to the freshmen followed by a plethora of extremely impressive musical performances by the very freshmen.

After that, many extremely impressive musical performances were performed by the new students.

Finally, the freshmen were presented with the performance of the guest singer Van Mai Huong who sang her most popular songs among young people such as Hương (Perfume), Cầu hôn (Proposal), Một ngàn nỗi đau (One Thousand Pains), etc.
