Sharing experiences in building Chatbots at higher education institutions
On August 22nd, 2024, ULIS-VNU organized a session to share experiences in building Chatbots at higher education institutions.
In his opening remarks, Chairman of the University Council Do Tuan Minh said that in the near future, ULIS hoped to build a virtual assistant to support the University in enrollment as well as other tasks.
Regarding the use of Chatbot in teaching and learning, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu – Vice President of HUFLIT also introduced a tool to help prepare lesson plans according to the Ministry of Education’s model and help students self-study effectively that HUFLIT developed and explained more about the limitations of Chatbot.
