Greetings from the United Board!

The United Board is pleased to invite participation to the Asian University Leaders Program (AULP) to be held in Hong Kong on October 27-29, 2016. The Education University of Hong Kong and Lingnan University will be the joint host of this AULP.

The theme of this AULP will be “Gender and the Changing Face of Higher Education in Asia Pacific” and different issues relating broadly to gender inequalities in Higher Education will be discussed. The United Board is collaborating with the Asian Pacific Higher Education Research Partnership (APHERP), a program of the East-West Center of the University of Hawaii, to present to this AULP an additional Senior Seminar on the same theme.

Please find the attached the Second Announcement, the program concept paper of AULP and the concept paper of APHERP for its Senior Seminar. United Board will organize the first and third day program and all participants will attend APHERP’s senior seminar in the second day for general discussion and reflection.

Online registration is now open (https://goo.gl/forms/zbDRp9jr3MmBmI2Q2). You are expected to attend the whole program and please plan to arrive in Hong Kong by Wednesday, October 26, and to leave on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Please make online registration on or before September 20, 2016 (Tuesday).
