15th Congress of ULIS Students’ Association, tenure 2020-2023 held
On January 9th, 2021, the 15th Congress of ULIS Students’ Association, tenure 2020-2023 took place in a solemn manner.
The congress is to focus on evaluating the Association’s work and movement of ULIS students in the tenure 2018 – 2020; acknowledging achieved results, looking at the shortcomings and limitations, finding out the causes and lessons learnt; acquiring awareness of new requirements; proposing directions, tasks, goals and action plans in the tenure 2020-2023; and electing the Executive Board of the Students’ Association for the tenure 2020-2023.
In the 2017 – 2018, 2018 – 2019 and 2019 – 2020 academic years, the Students’ Association was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Central Vietnam Students’ Association for its excellent achievements. In the academic year 2019 – 2020, the Students’ Union was one of the VNU leading units in the Association activities and Students’ movement, receiving the honorable flag from the Vietnam Central Students’ Association.
On behalf of the Secretariat of the VNU Students’ Association, Mr. Hua Thanh Hoa acknowledged the dedication of ULIS Students’ Association on the VNU’s overall achievements.
On behalf of the ULIS Party Committee and Management Board, President Do Tuan Minh praised the achievements and development of ULIS Students’ Association in the past tenure.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 15th tenure, consisting of 21 members.
The Congress passed a resolution calling on all members and students to work and study hard in order to achieve the goals set out by the Congress.
