On July 11^th to August 9^th, 2024, 5 excellent Thai language students from ULIS-VNU received full scholarships to study and experience at Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand. This short-term intensive Thai language program for students from ULIS and 4 other universities across the country was sponsored by the Department of International Cooperation – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, to help students not only improve their language skills but also experience the culture and life in Thailand.

After a month of studying and experiencing in Thailand, the students have made progress in their ability to use Thai. Not only studying from books, they also participated in cultural exchange activities, helping them understand more deeply about Thai people and culture. They had the opportunity to try out many different activities such as hosting programs, performing art performances imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity. The field trips have broadened their horizons and helped them have a more comprehensive view of this beautiful country.
