On May 8^th, 2020, ULIS – VNU held the closing ceremony of the Vietnamese language & culture course for 10 officials of Lao National Assembly.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong congratulated the 10 students on their completion of the course. Speaking highly of their learning efforts, the Vice President hoped that the students would continue to learn Vietnamese to devote to Lao National Assembly and their country.

Sharing difficulties in training during the Covid-19 pandemic, Ms. Trinh Giang Huong, Director of the Organization and Personnel Department of Vietnam National Assembly acknowledged the enthusiasm and innovation in teaching of the University and the study efforts of all the students.

At the ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong and Ms. Trinh Giang Huong, representing the two institutions, presented the certificates of course completion to the 10 students.
