Conference on summary of admission work in 2019 and directions for 2020
On September 28th, 2019, ULIS – VNU held a conference to summarize the admission work in 2019 and directions in 2020.
The conference was attended by President Do Tuan Minh, Vice President Lam Quang Dong, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long, Chairman of the Council of Research & Science Professor. Nguyen Hoa, Chairman of the Advisory Council for Cooperation & Development Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Lan Trung, members of the Admissions Council in 2019.
In the opening speech, Vice President Lam Quang Dong acknowledged the positivity, proactivity and contribution of each unit and individual to the overall success of the university addmisson in 2019.
In the admission report for 2019 and the 2020 admission direction of the University, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long presented the enrollment results in the training systems.
In his report on communication work in 2018-2019 admissions of the Youth Union, MSc. Nguyen Hoang Giang focused on the activities of the ULIS Ambassador program. This year, 440 students including 170 field ambassadors and 270 online ambassadors contributed hugely to the overall success.
After that, the conference was divided into 4 groups to discuss 4 different contents.
Delivering his speech at the conference, President Do Tuan Minh said that this conference officially marked the start of the admission activities in 2020. The President identified the best way to communicate was the quality and effectiveness of training programs whereby teaching, learning and experience activities for learners should be a highlight in the communication work.
