1.Academic background

Dr. To Thi Ngan Anh is a teacher at the University of Languages and International Studies in Hanoi, Vietnam and has been teaching Russian to undergraduate students since 1988. She completed her Master at the ULIS in 1999 and Ph.D degree at The State Institute of Russian Language named after A.S.Pushkin in 2006.  She was a deputy dean of the faculty of Russian Language and Culture at the ULIS (2010 – 2013). She taught listening, reading, speaking, writing for first-year students and regional geography for third-year students. She also took part in writing a textbook on the regional geography.
