On April 22^nd, 2021, ULIS-VNU held the “Learning about Asian Community” Presentation Contest. This is an activity in the curriculum of the subject “Learning about Asian Community” taught by the Department of Vietnamese Language & Culture in the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021.

Delivering his speech at the event, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long acknowledged that “Learning about Asian Community” is a subject that has attracted ever-more attention from students. The Vice President also believed that the final presentation exams like this were very useful for students to develop and improve their skills and knowledge.

Ms. Chu Thi Bich, Head of the Department of Vietnamese Language & Culture also said that the contest was an opportunity for ULIS students to demonstrate knowledge learned so far in the subject.

In the contest, the contestants not only showed their knowledge and passion, but also had chances to sharpen their eloquence skills to persuade the judges and audience.

The event ended after exciting competitions, providing a lot of useful and interesting knowledge for the audience.
