Meeting with Communication Ambassadors in the Academic Year 2025–2026

On December 18, 2025, at Homies A2, University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi organized a meeting with Communication Ambassadors for the academic year 2025–2026. The meeting aimed to disseminate essential information and create opportunities for members to interact and connect, thereby laying the foundation for effective coordination of the ULIS Communication Ambassadors team during the 2025–2026 term.

Attending the meeting were Vice Rector Lam Quang Dong, members of the Organizing Committee, and all 50 Communication Ambassadors of the academic year 2025–2026.

Implemented within the framework of the ULIS Ambassador Program, the Communication Ambassadors initiative has entered its fourth term, continuing to strengthen communication activities, governance, and the promotion of the university’s image. Through the program, students are provided with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in the fields of communication and information technology.

The meeting opened with energetic cultural performances, creating a youthful, fresh, and dynamic atmosphere. Following this, the Organizing Committee presented a video introducing the overall structure, members, and activity orientation of the Communication Ambassadors team for the academic year 2025–2026. The program also welcomed the new Communication Ambassadors leadership team, who will take on the role of guiding, connecting, and spreading the values of the program in the upcoming term.

In his remarks, Vice Rector Lam Quang Dong, Head of the Organizing Committee, extended a warm welcome to the 50 Communication Ambassadors of the academic year 2025–2026. Emphasizing the role of communication in spreading the university’s positive values and image to the public, he encouraged the ambassadors to be proactive learners, continuously creative, and to further develop their communication skills in order to produce high-quality news and media products that contribute to promoting the values, image, and quality of ULIS.

The program continued with a commemorative photo session, marking memorable moments of the meeting and demonstrating the strong connection between the university and the Communication Ambassadors.

Next, Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Head of the Academic Administration Office and Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, shared key information about the program with the 50 Communication Ambassadors. His presentation focused on objectives, activity content, and new highlights of the academic year 2025–2026, helping ambassadors clearly understand their orientation and tasks in the time ahead.

The meeting then moved on to a communication knowledge quiz conducted in the form of multiple-choice and short-answer questions. This activity not only created a lively atmosphere but also helped reinforce understanding of communication work in the ULIS environment. Awards were presented to participants who achieved high results.

One of the highlights of the program was the bonding activity titled “Song am truyen thong”, which aimed to help the ambassadors become more familiar with and understand one another. Members were divided into groups, introduced themselves with a keyword related to communication, and memorized information about the previous participants. This activity contributed to a more vibrant atmosphere and strengthened connections among members as they entered the 2025–2026 term.

If the first activity helped members get acquainted and connect, “Cay ky vong” provided a reflective moment for each ambassador to look back on their journey and share expectations for the future. Through a Padlet prepared by the Organizing Committee, ambassadors shared their reflections after two months of participation, along with their hopes for themselves and for the program during the 2025–2026 term.

The program concluded with cultural exchange activities, creating a lively, enthusiastic, and cheerful atmosphere, and leaving many positive impressions of the meeting.

Towards the goal of spreading positive images and meaningful values, the ULIS Communication Ambassador Program 2025 is expected to deliver a term filled with outstanding activities and memorable experiences.
