On February 27^th, 2019, ULIS – VNU had a meeting with representatives of Russian Federation universities, including Tula National University; Volgograd General University; and Moscow National Language University.

The meeting was attended by Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy; Deputy Director of the Cooperation & Development Bui Dinh Thang; Dr. Trinh Thi Phan Anh, Vice Dean and lecturers of the Faculty of Russian Language & Culture.

At the meeting, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy said that the University had signed a cooperation agreement with Tula National University and Moscow National Language University. Therefore, she hoped that an agreement with Volgograd General University would be signed in the future.

Representatives of the three Russian universities put forward some specific cooperation proposals. The proposals focused on organizing student exchange activities, partnership programs and scientific conferences, and publishing journals, producing electronic lectures, organizing summer camps, etc.
